Handle Quotations, Purchase Orders, Invoices, Work Orders, And Other Commercial Documentation.Maintain Customer, Project, Supplier, And Sales Records.Coordinate With Sales, Site, Procurement, Accounts, Customers, And Suppliers.Track Material Requirements, Dispatches, Deliveries, And Order Status.Prepare And Maintain Excel Trackers, Mis Reports, And Project Updates.Manage Email Correspondence And Follow-Ups.Assist In Preparing Reports, Presentations, And Other Management Requirements.Ensure Timely And Accurate Documentation And Smooth Day-To-Day Back-Office Operations. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Basic Excel, Advanced Excel, Handling Invoices, Quotation Management | Skills Needed : Tally

Compensation

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Handling Invoices, Quotation Management and Tally
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Basic Excel, Advanced Excel, Handling Invoices, Quotation Management
• Skills Needed: Tally
• An organised, dependable attitude

Key responsibilities

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You'll manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• You will greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
