Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

Candidate profile

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Ms Power Point, Ms Word, Record Management
• No English required
