You Must Also Be Comfortable Using A Laptop And Performing Basic Computer Tasks, As These Are Essential For The Job. The Responsibility Of This Role Is To Source And Place Candidates, Helping Clients Fill Roles.

What the job involves

• You will ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• You will manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
• Coordinate performance reviews and training

Candidate profile

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: Payroll, HRMS, Screening, Labour law basics
• Male Only
• Good English

• A people-oriented, good communicator attitude

Compensation

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
