Identify And Evaluate Suitable Suppliers And Vendors. Negotiate With Suppliers To Achieve Competitive Pricing And Favourable Terms. Prepare And Issue Purchase Orders (Pos) As Per Approved Requirements. Coordinate With Stores, Production, Accounts, And Other Departments Regarding Material Requirements. Prepare Regular Purchase And Procurement Report. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Procurement, Advanced Excel, Handling Invoices, Quotation Management, Record Management

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹17,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• You'll coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: Advanced Excel, Handling Invoices, Procurement, Quotation Management, Record Management
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
