Responsible For Customer Feedback And Follow-Up Calls, Addressing Complaints And Queries, Coordinating With Sales & Service Teams For Timely Resolution, Tracking Pending Issues Until Closure, Updating Customer Records And Ensuring High Customer Satisfaction And Retention. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

As a Customer Relations Executive, your work will include:

• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales

Who can apply

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Local market knowledge, Target achievement, Lead generation, Presentation
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A self-motivated, persuasive attitude

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month.
