• Good knowledge of Bengali, Domestic, Hindi, Marketing and Outbound

Day-to-day work

• You'll handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• You will identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹6,000 – ₹7,000 per month.
