Maintain Lead Database And Follow-Ups. Support In Proposal Follow-Ups And Sales Closing. Confident Professional Conversation Skil. Your responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

Skills and qualifications

• Good knowledge of Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Email, Ms Power Point, Ms Word and Record Management
