What the job involves

• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue.
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• You'll source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products.

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹24,000 – ₹34,000 per month.

Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with Documentation, Customer acquisition, Financial products, KYC
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A persuasive, detail-oriented attitude
