What you will do

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You will coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Candidate profile

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Computer, Email, Handling Invoices, Internet Surfing, Manage Operations and Ms Power Point
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply

Compensation
