Calling The Given Leads As Well As Contacting Potential And Existing Customers On The Phone, By Email, Or By Whatsapphandling Customer Questions, Inquiries, And Complaints & Providing Information To The Customersfocusing On Client Requirementclosing Sales Deals. Keeping A Record Of Calls And Relevant Detailsupdating Customer Details.

Roles and responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• You will share market and competitor feedback with the team.
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers

Compensation

Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Requirements

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Negotiation, Lead generation, Customer handling and Local market knowledge
• Good English
• Freshers can apply
• Someone confident and persuasive
