Job Description Crm Executive (Female)We Are Looking For A Female Crm Executive To Handle Customer Calling And Regular Follow-Ups. The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Customers Over Calls, Following Up With Customers Regarding Their Enquiries And Requirements, And Maintaining Regular Communication With Them.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month.

• Skills: Presentation, CRM, Negotiation, Lead generation

What you will do

• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• You'll follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
