Actively Working For Admissions For Institute And Make Relationships With Parents And Manage Organizational Tasks Such As Scheduling, Record-Keeping, And Correspondence. Coordinate With Teams To Ensure Smooth Daily Operations. Oversee Policy Implementation And Handle Administrative Challenges. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

What you will do

Your main tasks will be to:

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• You'll manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• You will handle data entry and maintain accurate records.

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with MS Office, Data entry, Typing, Email etiquette
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone organised and well spoken
