Key Responsibilities Assess Customers' Financial Profiles And Determine Eligibility For Home Loans, Loan Against Property (Lap), And Personal Loans.Review Kyc, Income, Banking, Property, And Employment Documents For Completeness And Compliance.Analyze Income, Repayment Capacity, Credit History, Debt Obligations, And Financial Stability.

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms.

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹24,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Eligibility

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Financial products, Documentation, Customer acquisition, Compliance
