Air Cool Refrigeration has an opening for a Back Office Coordinator based in Chandivali, Mumbai. Salary is up to ₹15,000/month.

Eligibility

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Ms Word and Tally
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, MS Word
• Skills Needed: Computer, Tally, Email
• Someone detail-oriented and well spoken

What you get

You will be paid ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month.

Roles and responsibilities

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You will prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
