What the job involves

As a Back Office Sales Assistant, your work will include:

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Basic Excel, Billing Process, Computer, Email, File And Paperwork Management, Handling Invoices, Internet Surfing, Ms Cit
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
