Prepare And Follow Up On Sales Quotations Sent To Clients, Sharing Product Details With Potential Customer, Generate New Business Opportunities To Fuel The Sales Pipeline, Efficiently Work Within Our Existing Salesforce Crm And Re-Establish Connections With Old Leads. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Hindi and English, Active listening, Typing speed, CRM tools
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A patient, polite attitude

Day-to-day work

As a Sales Coordinator / Executive, your work will include:

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
