Manage Organizational Tasks Such As Scheduling Meetings, Making Mom, Record-Keeping, And Correspondence. Coordinate With Owner To Ensure Smooth Daily Operations. Handle Administrative Challenges. Travel Planning Of Owners Including Ticketing, Hotel Bookings. Note- Candidates Having Knowledge Of Ai Tools Will Be Preffered. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Email etiquette, MS Office, Data entry and Basic accounting
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A detail-oriented, dependable attitude

Salary

You will be paid ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You will handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
