Contact Individuals Or Businesses To Recover Overdue Payments And Resolve Disputes. Negotiate Repayment Terms That Align With Organizational Policies. Maintain Records Of Collections And Prepare Reports For Management. Languages : Telugu, Kannada

Roles and responsibilities

• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• You'll manage collections and track overdue accounts.
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Requirements

• Open to freshers
• Below 10th or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Kannada and Telugu
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• Languages: Telugu, Kannada
• A persuasive, ethical attitude
