Ajmera Fashion Limited is looking for a Front Desk Executive to join its team in Umarwada, Surat. Salary is up to ₹20,000/month.

Roles and responsibilities

As a Front Desk Executive, your work will include:

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.

What you get

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Record keeping, Typing, Email etiquette and MS Office
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone dependable and well spoken
