Collection Telecaller

Ak Enterpries wants to bring on a Collection Telecaller for its Bhabha Nagar, Nashik team. The pay goes up to ₹12,000/month. Freshers can apply. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Roles and responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• You'll verify KYC documents and complete application formalities.
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms

What we are looking for

• Open to freshers
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of KYC, Customer acquisition, MS Excel and Compliance
• Female Only
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• You are detail-oriented and trustworthy
