Roles and responsibilities

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence

Eligibility

• Open to freshers
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Computer, Internet Surfing, Ms Power Point
• Basic English
