We Are Hiring A Full Time Executive Assistant For Our Beauty Team. This Role Involves Assisting With On Site Wedding Bookings, Makeup Kit Management And Day To Day Operation. As This A Wedding Industry Candidates Must Be Flexible With Working Hours And Available To Report On Site When Ever Required Including Early Morning And Late Nights. Record Management

What the job involves

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You will schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.

Salary

Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month.
