Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills.Key Responsibilitiesperform Kyc (Know Your Customer) And Cdd (Customer Due Diligence) Checks For New And Existing Customers.Review And Verify Customer Documentation In Line With Regulatory And Bank Compliance Standards.Conduct Risk Assessments And Identify Suspicious Or High-Risk Accounts.Ensure Accurate Record Keeping And Timely Completion Of Kyc Reviews.Escalate Discrepancies Or Compliance Concerns To The Relevant Team.Maintain Quality, Productivity, And Adherence To Slas.Communicate Effectively With Internal Stakeholders And Clients.Required Skills & Qualificationsexperience In International Bpo. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : International | Languages : English

Roles and responsibilities

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• You'll follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant

What you get

You will be paid ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month.
