Make Outbound Calls To Promote And Sell Products Or Services. Address Customer Queries, Negotiate Deals, And Meet Sales Targets. Maintain Detailed Call Records And Follow Up With Leads Effectively. Type : Outbound, Sales

Key responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You'll identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
