Key Responsibilities:Handle Customer Enquiries, Orders, And Follow-Ups.Coordinate With The Sales, Production, Dispatch, Stores, And Accounts Departments.Process Sales Orders And Prepare Order Acknowledgements.Update And Maintain Customer Records In The Crm/Erp System. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.
• You will follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients

Who can apply

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with Negotiation, CRM, Target achievement, Customer handling
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A confident, target-driven attitude

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
