Alpha Ink Pvt.Ltd. is looking for a Back Office Executive to join its team in Fatima Nagar, Pune. 10 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹22,000/month.

What you get

You will be paid ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• You'll manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You'll prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Internet Surfing and Ms Word
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
