The Agent Is Primarily Responsible For Making Or Attending Customer Calls To Sellproducts Or Services. They Need To Know How To Communicate With Customers, Havegreat Organizational Skills And Be Able To Multi-Task And Prioritize In High-Volume,Fastpaced Environments. Key responsibilities

• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory

Eligibility

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of English, Hindi, Inbound, Malayalam and Tamil
• Good English
