Am Group wants to bring on an Assistant Finance Manager for its Channi Himmat, Jammu team. Salary is up to ₹30,000/month. There are 2 open positions.

Manage And Oversee Day-To-Day Banking Transactions And Back-Office Activities. Ensure Compliance With Regulatory Standards And Optimize Workflows For Efficiency. Collaborate With Teams To Streamline Operational Processes And Improve Customer Service. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

• You will cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers.
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts.

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with KYC, Compliance, MS Excel, Financial products
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
