The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Calling Potential Customers, Explaining Loan Products, Generating Leads, Collecting Required Documents, And Coordinating With The Sales Team To Ensure Successful Loan Disbursement. Languages : Punjabi, Hindi, English

Your responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• You'll follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
