Front Desk Executive

Amage Infotech Systems is looking for a Front Desk Executive to join its team in Raja Garden, Delhi. Salary is up to ₹15,000/month.

Note from the employer

Handling Incoming & Out Going Calls, Monitoring Backend Sales. Attending Sales Leads, Emailing, Qoutation Making, Maintaining Registers. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

• You'll manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You'll coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Typing, Basic accounting, Record keeping, MS Office
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A dependable, well spoken attitude
