Customer Support Executive

Aman Aviation & Aerospace Solutions Private Limited is looking for a Customer Support Executive to join its team in Goregaon East, Mumbai. The pay goes up to ₹30,001/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹25,001 – ₹30,001 per month, based on skills and experience.

Day-to-day work

In this role, you will:

• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of English, Hindi, Inbound and Outbound
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
