Key responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You will prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.

• Comfortable with Typing, Email etiquette, Record keeping, Basic accounting
