Amara Jyothi Public School is looking for a Front Desk Executive to join its team in Basavanapura, Bengaluru. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Roles and responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You will manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.

Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: Record keeping, Data entry, Typing, Basic accounting
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are well spoken and detail-oriented
