We Are Looking For A Customer-Focused And Result-Oriented Customer Relationship Manager To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Customers, Understand Their Needs, And Ensure A High Level Of Customer Satisfaction. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : English, Hindi

Day-to-day work

As a Customer Relationship Manager, your work will include:

• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• You'll follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets

What you get

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of English and Hindi
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: English, Hindi
