Proven Experience As An Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Or Similar Role Strong Organizational And Multitasking Skills Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills Proficiency In Ms Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) Or Google Workspaceability To Prepare Reports And Analyze Basic Data Attention To Detail And Ability To Meet. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Roles and responsibilities

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Skills: Data entry, MS Office, Record keeping, Email etiquette
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are detail-oriented and organised
