Americos Industries Inc. is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join its team in Bodakdev, Ahmedabad. You can earn up to ₹12,500/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Welcome Visitors, Answer Calls, And Manage Front Desk Activities Efficiently. Maintain Records Of Appointments, Messages, And Visitor Logs. Assist With Inquiries While Ensuring A Professional And Friendly Demeanor.

Day-to-day work

• You'll coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

What you get

You will be paid ₹10,500 – ₹12,500 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: MS Office, Typing, Email etiquette, Basic accounting
