The Crm Manager Shall Be Responsible For Maintaining Customer-Related Records, Monitoring Party-Wise Grey Fabric Balances, Ensuring Documentation Of Commercial Terms, Managing Customer Complaints, Controlling Aged Grey Fabric Inventory, Providing Management Analytics, And Supporting Customer Relationship Development Activities. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Record Management

Day-to-day work

In this role, you will:

• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue.
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers.

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Record Management
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
