Roles and responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Coordinate between vendors, customers and internal teams.
• Monitor team productivity and remove bottlenecks
• You'll improve processes and document standard procedures.
• Prepare MIS reports and track key metrics.
• Run daily operations smoothly against defined SLAs

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Process management, Team handling, MS Excel, Vendor coordination
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• An organised, problem solver attitude

What you get

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹24,000 per month.
