Staff & Shift Management: Supervise, Train, And Schedule Frontline Workers (Pickers, Packers, Replenishment Handlers, And Inventory Staff), Managing Attendance And Peak-Hour Deployment. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What the job involves

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• You'll achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• You'll prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers.
• You will explain products and offers clearly and handle objections.
• You will build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• You'll identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹26,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Customer handling, Negotiation, CRM, Local market knowledge
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
