Job Description

We are a US-based home services company specializing in TV mounting and installation services through Thumbtack.

We are looking for an experienced and professional Customer Service Representative based in India to join our team full-time.

Excellent English communication skills and previous customer service experience are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Communicate with US-based customers via phone calls and messages.
• Manage incoming leads through Thumbtack.
• Assist customers with questions about our services and pricing.
• Schedule and confirm customer appointments.
• Follow up with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Convert customer inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.

Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English (Mandatory).
• Previous customer service experience (Mandatory).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience communicating with US customers is highly preferred.
• Professional and friendly communication skills.
• Ability to work full-time during US business hours.
• Reliable internet connection and a computer.
• Experience with Thumbtack or home services is a plus.
