Anand Electric Agency is looking for a Back Office Assistant to join its team in George Town, Chennai. There are 2 open positions. Salary is up to ₹20,000/month.

Roles and responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Skills: MS Office, Data entry, Email etiquette, Typing
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
