Billing Assistant

A new Billing Assistant role is open at Anand Family Mart, Vijaynagar, Gwalior. The pay goes up to ₹13,000/month.

Note from the employer

Handle Customer Billing, Process Payments, And Manage Cash Registers. Maintain Accurate Records Of Transactions And Resolve Billing Discrepancies. Provide Excellent Customer Service During Payment Interactions. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you get

You will be paid ₹10,000 – ₹13,000 per month.

What the job involves

• You will reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts.
• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers
• You will track receivables and payables and follow up on dues.
• Prepare and file GST, TDS and other statutory returns
• Process invoices, payments and expense claims
• You will support month-end closing and financial reporting.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Accounts payable, TDS and Accounts receivable
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
