Compensation

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

As a Real Estate Telecaller, your work will include:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• You will identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system

Requirements

• Open to freshers
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Domestic, English, Hindi, Inbound, Outbound, Real Estate
• Female Only
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
