We Are Looking For A Dynamic And Organized Hr Executive To Manage Recruitment And Support Day-To-Day Hr Activities. The Candidate Will Play A Key Role In Hiring, Employee Coordination, And Maintaining Hr Processes. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Labour law basics, Payroll, Recruitment, HRMS
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone confidential and people-oriented

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• You will ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
