Back Office Executive

Aneet Sales is looking for a Back Office Executive to join its team in Gill road, Ludhiana. The pay goes up to ₹15,000/month.

What the job involves

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Record keeping, Basic accounting, Email etiquette, MS Office
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• An organised, well spoken attitude
