Aneja Constructions India Limited wants to bring on an Executive Hr for its New Janaki Puri, Delhi team. You can earn up to ₹25,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Who can apply

• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with Payroll, HRMS, MS Excel, Screening
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• You'll coordinate performance reviews and training.
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
