We Need 3 Front Office Executives For Immidiate Joining, Candidate Should Have Worked In A Hotel And Should Have Knowledge Of Ezee Pms And Basic Knoledge Of Hotel Reception Duties. Candidate Should Be Able To Do Flexible Shifts. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

As a Front Office Executive, your work will include:

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹18,000 – ₹24,000 per month.

Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Email etiquette, Basic accounting, Typing, Record keeping
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone detail-oriented and dependable
