We Are Looking For An Enthusiastic And Target-Oriented Tele Sales Executive To Join Our Ayurveda/Herbal Healthcare Team. The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Customers Through Telephone Calls, Understanding Their Requirements, Explaining Suitable Ayurvedic Products/Services, Generating Sales, And Maintaining Strong Customer. Type : Sales, Inbound | Languages : English, Hindi | Preferred Experience In : Real Estate

Your responsibilities

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You'll resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails

Requirements

• Open to freshers
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of English, Hindi, Inbound, Real Estate and Sales
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
