Maintain Directors Office Systems, Including Data Management And Filing. Maintain Records Of Directors Contacts.Screen Calls, Enquiries And Requests, And Deal With Them.Etc.

Salary

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What the job involves

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You'll schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
