Key responsibilities

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Email, Handling Invoices, Manage Operations, Ms Power Point and Record Management
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
